Description

Pre-Press Preparation: Convert client artwork into print-ready files, making adjustments for die-cutting, folding, and binding.
Layout & Design: Create visuals for various materials such as business cards, packaging, banners, and magazines.
Color Correction: Adjust image resolutions, fix color discrepancies, and ensure color accuracy across different paper types.
Quality Assurance: Review digital and physical proofs (soft and hard proofs) to eliminate errors before mass production begins.
Team Coordination: Liaise with the production team, machine operators, and clients to meet strict deadlines.
Software Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and sometimes After Effects (for motion graphics).
Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years of agency or in-house corporate experience.
Specialized Niches: Demand is high for candidates who can operate machinery like DTF/UV printers or integrate generative AI tools into their design workflow.
Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required; bilingual proficiency (Arabic) is a strong advantage.
