A leading construction company is seeking an immediate hire for a Civil Engineer or Site Supervisor based on the following requirements:
📌 Job Requirements
• Residency: Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
• Visa Status: Article 18 transferable residency (mandatory requirement).
• Availability: Ready to start work immediately.
• Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in the same field.
• Driving License: Valid Kuwaiti driving license is required.
• Network: Strong network and relations with subcontractors.
• Software Skills: Full proficiency in Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
• Salary: Determined during the interview (based on experience and skills).
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor emergency maintenance works on-site accurately and efficiently.
• Directly coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality execution.
• Prepare progress reports, project schedules, and quantity surveying.
• Monitor daily site operations and ensure full compliance with technical specifications.
