The candidate should be highly proficient in preparing detailed technical and execution drawings, developing interior design concepts, and producing high-quality, realistic 3D visualizations.The candidate should have extensive experience in designing various interior spaces, including reception and living areas, kitchens, bedrooms, and other residential spaces.
The candidate should also be able to prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), including material specifications, quantities, and project requirements.The candidate should be up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and modern working methods. Experience in using artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity and speed up the workflow would be considered an advantage.Please ensure that applicants provide an updated portfolio demonstrating their skills in detailed drawings, interior design, 3D visualization, and BOQ preparation.
