Description

We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator at a wood factory in Kuwait:
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team, a busy and growing wood factory.
The successful candidate will coordinate wood joinery projects from award through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor wood joinery and interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate shop drawings, material approvals, production schedules, and site installation activities.
• Track procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to the factory and project sites.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action plans.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Support the Project Manager in project planning, budgeting, and contract administration.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in wood joinery, cabinetry, furniture manufacturing, or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of joinery production processes, shop drawings, and installation procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD and project management software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic setting.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
