Senior Gaming PC Technician

Key Responsibilities :

* Assemble high-end custom gaming PCs.
* Build AI workstation PCs.
* Assemble professional workstation computers for CAD, video editing, and rendering.
* Perform stress testing and quality assurance.
* Install Windows and Linux.
* Install motherboard BIOS updates and firmware.
* Configure RAID, NVMe storage, and networking.
* Install GPU drivers and optimize system performance.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Perform cable management to professional standards.
* Upgrade existing customer PCs.
* Maintain inventory of components.
* Prepare PCs for shipping with secure packaging.
* Provide technical support to customers.

Required Technical Skills:
Excellent knowledge of:

* Intel CPUs
* AMD Ryzen CPUs
* NVIDIA RTX GPUs
* AMD Radeon GPUs
* Motherboards
* DDR4 / DDR5 memory
* PCIe Gen4 / Gen5
* NVMe SSDs
* SATA SSD/HDD
* ATX power supplies
* AIO liquid coolers
* Air coolers
* PC cases
* RGB controllers
* Fans
* Thermal paste application
Hardware Troubleshooting


* Ubuntu
* Linux Mint

Performance Optimization :

* Fan tuning
* Thermal optimization
* Cable airflow
* GPU undervolting
* CPU optimization
* RAM tuning
* FPS optimization

Experience with
* EKWB
* Corsair Hydro X
* Hard tubing
* Soft tubing
* Leak testing
* Pump installation
* Radiators
* Coolant replacement

Cable Management:

Must be able to
* Route cables professionally
* Build clean showcase systems
* Install RGB lighting
* Organize PSU cables
AI Workstations

Experience with
* RTX 5090
* RTX PRO series
* CUDA
* Multi-GPU systems
* Large RAM configurations
* AI software installation

Experience Required :

* 3+ years building gaming PCs
* 100+ custom PC builds completed
* Experience with high-end gaming systems
* Experience with enterprise workstations
* Experience troubleshooting hardware

Preferred Certifications

* CompTIA A+
* CompTIA Network+
* Microsoft Certified Professional
* ASUS Certified
* MSI Certified
* NVIDIA certifications (if available)
