Key Responsibilities

-Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
-Resolve delivery complaints and service-related issues promptly.
-Coordinate with drivers and operations teams for shipment updates.
-Track orders and provide accurate information to customers.
-Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
-Ensure professional and timely customer support.

Requirements
-Visa 18 (Ahli) Transferable
-Fluent in Arabic and English
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
-Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Female candidates preferred
