Immediate Joiners Preferred

A leading MEP Engineering & Maintenance Company in Kuwait is looking for qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions:

1. Senior Tendering & Estimation Engineer (MEP)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP Contracting, with extensive expertise in Tendering & Estimation.
• Proven experience in leading estimation teams and managing multiple tender submissions.
• Strong background in preparing and managing tenders for major MEP projects in Kuwait.
• Extensive experience in estimating and pricing HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and ELV Systems.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, value engineering, and technical & commercial bid preparation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the tendering process.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Transferable Visa (Article 18).

2. Project Engineer – HVAC Maintenance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in HVAC Maintenance Projects in Kuwait or the GCC.
• Hands-on experience in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Package Units, DX Systems, Ventilation Systems, Pumps, and HVAC Controls.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance teams, subcontractors, client coordination, and maintenance planning.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and maintenance reporting is an added advantage.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred.
• Transferable Visa (Article 18).
