WE ARE HIRING – PROCUREMENT OFFICER & SENIOR ACCOUNTANT.

Well reputed organization is looking for an experienced Procurement Officer & Senior Accountant with a strong background in HVAC and industrial manufacturing.
1. Procurement Officer
Requirements:
• Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing company
• Strong experience in the HVAC and industrial sectors
• Good knowledge of HVAC components, mechanical materials, copper tubes, sheets, coils, heat exchangers, radiators, fittings, tools, and consumables
• Experience in local and international sourcing
• Ability to obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase orders
• Strong vendor-management and supplier-evaluation skills
• Ability to coordinate material delivery, shipping, customs clearance, and documentation
• Good knowledge of inventory control and material planning
• Strong communication, negotiation, and computer skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Candidates currently available in Kuwait will be preferred
2.Senior Accountant
Requirements:

Financial Reporting & Bookkeeping
🔹 Accounts Payable & Receivable
🔹 Budgeting & Forecasting
🔹 Audit & Compliance
🔹 Inventory & Project Costing
🔹 Payroll & Staff Payments
🔹 System & Process Improvement
🔹Contribute to improving ERP usage and accounting software (e.g.,Tally, SAP, Axanta or Zoho).
🔹Participate in developing SOPs for financial processes and internal controls.

Qualifications & Skills:

🔹Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA preferred.
🔹Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering or project-based industries.
🔹Experience in handling audits, banking, and project accounting.
🔹Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (ERP knowledge is a plus).
🔹High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
🔹Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
A valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory.
