We are seeking an experienced Contractor Representative to lead the successful delivery of a prestigious K Company Project. This senior role serves as the primary liaison between the Company and the Contractor, ensuring contractual compliance, operational excellence, timely reporting, effective manpower coordination, and adherence to the highest Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards throughout the contract period.

Reports to: Company Representatives
SUMMARY:
1. Contractor’s Representative shall liaise with the Company, implement the Contract, submit reports of Site work and progress, as well as prepare statistics regarding material usage, Contractor’s manpower data, or any special task or study that may be requested by the Company.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Liaises between the Company and the Contractor.
2. Ensures that contractual obligations are complied with.
3. Submit reports of all Services completed and in progress.
4. Submit any required documents of Contractor’s manpower.
5. Ensure invoices and supporting documents are submitted on time.
6. Liaise with Safety O􀆯icers to ensure HSE procedures are being followed and adhered to by the Contractor for this Contract throughout the Contract Period.

JOB KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
1. Secondary School + 2 yrs Diploma.
2. Five (5) yrs experience in similar type of documentation management.
3. Must have valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
4. Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
