Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle DBA / Database Engineer to support Oracle Database transformation activities, including database provisioning, configuration, migration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Database provisioning, installation, and configuration.
Database capacity planning, performance monitoring, and optimization.

Support data extraction, migration, transformation, and staging activities.

Manage database connectivity, access, and troubleshooting.
Support database testing, migration rehearsals, cutover, and post-migration activities.

Resolve database-related incidents and technical issues.
Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and transformation teams.

Ensure database backup, recovery, availability, and stability.

Required Skills

Minimum 5+ years of Oracle Database Administration / Engineering experience.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Database architecture, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Experience in database migration and performance tuning.
Knowledge of RMAN backup and recovery.
Understanding of Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and ASM will be an added advantage.

Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
