Position: HR Officer / HR Executive
Industry: Food Delivery & Logistics
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR professional to join our food delivery and logistics company.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

* Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a delivery, logistics, transportation, or similar operational company. Can handle more than 600 Drivers.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employee management.
* Experience in recruitment, onboarding, hiring, and employee documentation.
* Ability to manage drivers/riders and operational staff, including attendance, leave, performance, and disciplinary matters.
* Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws, employment procedures, contracts, residency/visa matters, and employee documentation.
* Handle Civil ID, work permits, residency, medical, insurance, and other employee-related documentation.
* Manage attendance, shifts, overtime, leave, absences, no-shows, and employee records.
* Coordinate with management regarding employee performance, warnings, probation, termination, and disciplinary actions.
* Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary preparation, deductions, allowances, advances, and final settlements.
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR records.
* Handle employee concerns and resolve workplace issues professionally.
* Prepare HR reports, staff records, attendance reports, and manpower updates.
* Support the company in driver recruitment, onboarding, accommodation, and operational requirements.
* Coordinate with relevant departments and external parties for employee-related matters.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and HR documentation.
* Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced delivery operation.
* Good English communication is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should understand the complete HR cycle of a food delivery company, from recruitment and onboarding to attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, documentation, and exit formalities.
