Job Title: Engineer ( Marble and Natural Stone Industry)– Arab Male

Location: Shuwaikh,Kuwait

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Arab Engineer( Marble and Natural Stone Industry) to join our Studio Marmi team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete production and installation process of natural stone projects, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, the Warehouse, and installation teams. This role requires both on-site and off-site work, with regular visits to factories and project locations.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on all manufacturing processes, including cutting, fabrication, polishing, finishing, and quality control.
Coordinate effectively between clients, the factory, and installation teams to ensure project timelines are met.
Provide technical sales consultations on marble and natural stone types, finishes, applications, and product selection.
Prepare accurate cut sheets and detailed drawing of the slabs.
Conduct daily visits to factories, warehouses, and project sites to monitor cutting, fabrication, and installation progress.
Ensure all work complies with project specifications and quality standards.
Assist with site measurements, inspections, and project coordination.
Prepare technical reports and communicate project updates to management.
Requirements

Arab Male applicants only.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the marble, granite, or natural stone industry (preffered)
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, and installation methods.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant engineering/design software.
Experience preparing cut sheets and technical drawings.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work both on-site and off-site, including daily visits to Warehouse and project locations.
Must own a car and hold a valid driving license.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience in technical sales within the marble or natural stone industry.
Familiarity with project coordination and production planning.
