Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
Resolve delivery complaints and service-related issues promptly.
Coordinate with drivers and operations teams for shipment updates.
Track orders and provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Ensure professional and timely customer support.

Requirements

Visa 18 (Ahli) Transferable
Fluent in Arabic and English
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Female candidates preferred
