WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR / CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
Location: Shuaiba, Kuwait – Factory
Local Hiring Only – Kuwait
Regular Company Visa
Immediate Joiners Preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience
Previous experience as a Senior Accountant / Chief Accountant
Experience in Construction or Manufacturing industry
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA/CMA preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting operations and financial reporting
Proficiency in Accounting Software/ERP & Advanced Excel
Strong analytical, organizational & leadership skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage a small accounting team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger & Bank Reconciliation
Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements and management reports
Manage budgeting, forecasting & cash flow
Review and finalize month-end & year-end closing
Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements
Coordinate with department heads on costing, budgeting & financial planning
Supervise and support the accounting team
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

JOB DETAILS

Working Hours: 8 Hours/Day
Working Days: 6 Days/Week
Benefits: As per Kuwait Labor Law
