Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage HVAC installation, maintenance, and project works.
• Prepare and review HVAC drawings, BOQs, quotations, and technical submittals.
• Perform HVAC load calculations and equipment selection.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per specifications.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare service reports, project documentation, and progress reports.
• Coordinate technicians and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Mechanical Engineering and HVAC-related qualification.
• Relevant experience in HVAC projects and maintenance in Kuwait.
• Good knowledge of DX systems, FCUs, AHUs, package units, chillers, ventilation and exhaust systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Kuwait driving license is Mandatory.
• Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred with #18 transferrable visa.
