Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Purchaser to join our team in Kuwait.

🔹 Position: Purchaser
📍 Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities

* Manage purchasing activities and ensure timely availability of required products and materials.
* Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
* Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best terms.
* Prepare and process purchase orders.
* Monitor orders, shipments, deliveries, and supplier performance.
* Maintain proper purchasing records and documentation.
* Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams regarding stock requirements.
* Monitor market prices and identify new suppliers and products.
* Ensure purchases meet the required quality, price, and delivery standards.

Requirements

✅ Previous experience as a Purchaser / Procurement Officer.
✅ Experience in fashion accessories, retail, or similar industries is preferred.
✅ Experience dealing with suppliers from China and other international markets is an advantage.
✅ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
✅ Good knowledge of purchasing procedures and supplier management.
✅ Good Excel and computer skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements efficiently.
✅ Good command of English.
