Urgently hiring BURGER CHEF (and for hot section)

Salary starts at 400KD ++ completely negotiable

Responsibilities;
Menu & Concept Creation:
Develop signature burgers, seasonal LTOs, sauces, and sides. Standardize recipes and build sheets.

Multi-Branch Operations:
Conduct weekly audits across all 3 locations to ensure uniform quality, food safety, and efficient ticket times.

Costing & Inventory:
Monitor food cost, yield, stock levels (FIFO), and negotiate ingredient pricing with suppliers to minimize wastage
Experience more than 2 years
