Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and procurement of base oils, additives, packaging, and engineering spares, ensuring competitive costs and uninterrupted plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead local and international sourcing and supplier negotiations.
* Manage procurement of Base Oils (Group I, II & III), additives and packaging.
* Negotiate contracts, payment terms, credit facilities and shipping arrangements.
* Manage supplier performance, inventory availability and supply risks.
* Coordinate with Production, QC, Finance and Logistics.
* Drive cost-saving initiatives and procurement process improvements.
* Ensure effective use of SAP/ERP procurement systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
* 7–10 years’ procurement experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
* Experience in lubricants, petrochemical or chemical manufacturing is highly preferred.
* Strong experience in international sourcing and bulk liquid commodities.
* Hands-on SAP experience.
* CIPS/CSCP certification is an advantage.
* Strong negotiation, analytical and leadership skills.
