Description
Fleet & Workshop Coordinator:
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the company fleet, including generators, compressors, forklifts, pumps, and other equipment.
• Maintain an updated fleet/equipment register with details such as registration, model, serial number, operating hours, location, and condition.
• Monitor equipment availability, utilization, and movement between sites and yards.
• Coordinate vehicle/equipment allocation according to project requirements.
• Arrange mobilization, demobilization, transportation, and site transfers.
• Monitor fuel consumption and investigate abnormal usage.
• Maintain records of Third-Party Certificate, Gate Passes and driving license
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules based on manufacturer recommendations, operating hours, mileage, or calendar periods.
• Coordinate routine servicing, inspections, oil changes, filter replacement, lubrication, tyre replacement, battery checks, etc.
• Attend to breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs.
• Minimize equipment downtime and ensure critical equipment is returned to service as quickly as possible.
• Maintain complete maintenance history for each vehicle/equipment.
• Supervise daily workshop activities and prioritize repair and maintenance jobs.
• Assign jobs to mechanics, electricians, technicians, and external service providers.
• Monitor repair progress and ensure work is completed properly and on time.
• Inspect completed repairs before releasing equipment for operation.
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment, consumables, and spare parts.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices within the workshop.
• Prepare purchase requests for spare parts, lubricants, filters, tyres, batteries, and other consumables.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement for timely delivery.
• Maintain minimum stock levels for critical spare parts.
• Receive and record breakdown reports from drivers/operators/site personnel. Assess the urgency and arrange technicians or mechanics.
• Coordinate emergency repairs at project sites where required. Arrange standby/replacement equipment when repair downtime affects operations.
• Monitor maintenance and repair costs for each vehicle/equipment. Prepare monthly maintenance cost reports. Identify high-cost or frequently breaking-down equipment and prepare breakdown report.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-8 Years’ Experience as a Fleet or Workshop coordinator, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree
Candidate should be inside Kuwait and must have valid residency visa 18 with local transfer
Kuwaiti Valid Driving License

Auto Electrician:
• Maintain electrical systems of diesel generators, air compressors, tower lights, dewatering pumps, forklifts, cranes and other rental equipment.
• Check generator control panels, battery systems, alternators, sensors and emergency shutdown circuits.
• Inspect electrical connections and wiring for overheating, loose connections or damage.
• Support mechanical technicians during equipment troubleshooting where electrical problems are involved.
• Check battery condition, voltage and charging performance.
• Maintain battery terminals and connections.
• Test alternator output and starter motor operation.
• Replace defective batteries, cables, terminals and charging components when required. Maintain proper records of battery replacement and servicing. Batteries and battery chargers
• Wiring harnesses, Fuses, relays and circuit breakers Lighting systems, Horns, indicators and warning lights Dashboard/instrumentation systems
• Carry out preventive electrical maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
• Conduct regular electrical inspections of all company vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare a checklist for each vehicle/equipment unit.
• Identify potential electrical failures before they cause breakdowns.
• Ensure all electrical components are properly secured and protected from dust, water, vibration and heat.
• Attend vehicle/equipment breakdowns at KOC sites, customer locations, yards and project sites.
• Carry necessary tools, testing instruments and commonly required spare parts.
• Provide emergency electrical support whenever required.
• Coordinate with the Fleet/Workshop Coordinator regarding breakdown status and repair requirements.
• ITI / Diploma / Technical Certificate in Auto Electrical / Automotive Electrical.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in heavy vehicles, construction equipment, generators or rental equipment.
• Experience with alternators, starters, batteries, wiring, relays and diagnostic systems.
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams.
• Experience with diesel generators and heavy equipment is an advantage.
• Candidate should be inside Kuwait and must have valid residency visa 18 with local transfer
• Valid Kuwait driving license would be an advantage.
