Urgently Required: Purchasing Representative (From within Kuwait only)
A leading food company announces its need to hire a competent Purchasing Representative to join its team on a full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage purchasing and supply operations for food items from both inside and outside Kuwait.
Negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and supply terms.
Monitor inventory movements and identify periodic needs.
Prepare reports and purchase orders using Microsoft Office programs.
Perform any additional tasks assigned to support the purchasing department.
Conditions and Requirements
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the food purchasing field.
Residency: Must be located within the State of Kuwait only (essential condition).
License: Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
Language: Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using Excel and Word.
Personal Skills: High ability to negotiate and manage transactions locally and internationally.
Benefits
Salary: From 500 to 600 Kuwaiti Dinars (determined based on experience).
Employment Type: Full-time.
