WE ARE HIRING – CONTRACTOR’S REPRESENTATIVE
Oil & Gas Sector | Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Contractor’s Representative to join our Operations – Oil & Gas
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary point of contact with **KOC Controlling Team**
• Manage and supervise contract personnel at project sites
• Coordinate personnel, vehicles & equipment provision
• Ensure contract, HSE/HSSE and company policy compliance
• Manage attendance, leave, gate passes & employee documentation
• Coordinate mobilization/demobilization and personnel replacements
• Monitor payroll, invoices, costs and contractual documentation
• Prepare reports and support audits and compliance requirements
• Resolve personnel, vehicle and operational issues promptly

🔹 CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education: University Graduate – Any Discipline
Experience:** Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar/equivalent Contractor’s Representative role
Skills:Contract Management | Coordination | Compliance | Leadership | Problem Solving
Language: Fluent written & spoken English
Arabic: Advantage
