OK Interiors – Kuwait is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planning & Estimation Engineer to join our team.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Review and analyze BOQs, drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
2. Verify quantities, materials and project costs.
3. Prepare and review quotations and commercial proposals.
4. Identify variations, discrepancies, and potential cost impacts.
5. Assist in tender preparation and ensure accurate evaluation of all BOQ items.
6. Prepare project cost estimates and quantity take-offs.

🔹 REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in planning, estimation, interior fit-out, or construction.
3. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and review, quantity take-offs, and estimation.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
6. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
7. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
8. Good communication and coordination skills.
