Position: Dispatcher

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher with good knowledge of Kuwait areas and local delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort and organize orders area-wise and route-wise according to priority and importance.
Assign and dispatch orders to drivers efficiently.
Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely deliveries.
Handle cash/COD collections and maintain accurate records.
Monitor order status and resolve basic delivery issues.
Ensure proper handling and sorting of all orders.

Requirements:

Previous local Kuwait experience in dispatching or delivery operations.
Good knowledge of Kuwait areas, streets, and routes.
Arabic language knowledge is advantage. Experience in cash handling and COD orders.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
