Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Support the Operations Supervisor in managing daily delivery operations
🔹 Monitor drivers and ensure on-time order deliveries
🔹 Follow up on attendance, duty schedules, and driver performance
🔹 Coordinate with drivers, customers, restaurants, and internal teams
🔹 Resolve delivery issues and ensure smooth operations
🔹 Enforce company policies and operational procedures
🔹 Prepare daily reports and update management regularly
🔹 Assist with route planning and fleet coordination
🔹 Handle driver concerns and operational challenges
🔹 Manage and monitor systems such as Odoo and delivery platforms

Requirements:
✔ 2-3 years of experience in delivery, logistics, fleet management, or operations
✔ Previous driver supervision experience is a plus
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge; experience with Odoo or delivery apps is an advantage
✔ Good English communication skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
✔ Valid Kuwait driving license is an added advantage
