One of the famous Chain of Restaurant Company is looking for hire Restaurant Supervisor.

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, food safety, and compliance with company standards. The Supervisor supports the Restaurant Manager in maintaining smooth operations and achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
•Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
•Lead, motivate, and support restaurant staff during shifts.
•Assign duties and prepare staff schedules as required.
•Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
•Monitor food quality, presentation, portion sizes, and service standards.
•Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
•Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues professionally.
•Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and daily closing procedures.
•Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
•Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
•Assist with ordering supplies and receiving deliveries.
•Prepare or support daily sales, stock, and operational reports.

Requirements :
•High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or restaurant management qualification is an advantage.
•2–4 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations as Restaurant Supervisor.
•Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
•Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
