Position: Supervisor
Location: Kuwait Industry: Delivery / Logistics
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily operations and staff activities.
• Monitor drivers/riders and ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Assign duties, routes, and daily tasks to team members.
• Follow up on attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Ensure deliveries are completed on time and according to company standards.
• Handle operational issues and coordinate with management for solutions.
• Monitor customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up.
• Prepare daily reports related to attendance, deliveries, and performance.
• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and other departments when required.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Supervisor, preferably in delivery, logistics, or food delivery.
• Experience managing drivers/riders is preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait roads and delivery operations.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Odoo or delivery management systems is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.
• Transferable Kuwait residency is preferred.
