HIRING: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

B2B Coffee Wholesaler – Shuwaikh, Kuwait

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Supervisor to manage our daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between deliveries, drivers, customers, and store activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily deliveries and delivery schedules

Coordinate and supervise drivers

Handle customer requirements and inquiries

Manage day-to-day operations inside the store

Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks

Handle operational issues and resolve them efficiently

Requirements

Previous experience in operations, logistics, retail, or a similar role

Ability to handle responsibility and work independently

Good communication and organizational skills

Must be able to speak and read Arabic and English

Must be capable of managing drivers, customers, and daily store operations

Job Details

Salary: KD 300–400, depending on experience

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait
