**Job Responsibilities:**

* Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
* Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
* Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests promptly.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
* Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
* Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and daily promotions.
* Follow all hygiene, food safety, and restaurant procedures.
* Support the team with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience as a waitress/server is preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Pleasant, professional, and positive personality.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Good teamwork and attention to detail.
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
* Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
* Transferable Kuwait residency is preferred.
