Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Screen Printing Operator to operate screen printing machines and produce high-quality printed products according to customer requirements and production specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor screen printing machines safely and efficiently.

Prepare screens, inks, squeegees, and printing materials.

Set up machines and adjust printing parameters as required.

Ensure accurate colors, positioning, and print quality.

Check printed products for defects and maintain quality standards.

Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of printing equipment.

Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Report machine issues, material shortages, or quality problems to the supervisor.

Requirements
Previous experience in screen printing is preferred.

Knowledge of screen preparation, inks, and printing processes.

Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic machine issues.

Good attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.

Willingness to work overtime when required.

Preferred Skills
Experience with automatic or semi-automatic screen printing machines.

Knowledge of color mixing and registration.

Basic understanding of production and quality control procedures.
