🔹 Experience: 8-10+ years
🔹 Background: Oil & Gas / Drilling Fluids / QC Laboratory
🔹 Education: Bachelor'sdegree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related technical discipline
About the Role
Our Drilling Fluids Laboratory delivers daily QC testing and critical technical support to rigs and field operations - from fluid formulation evaluations and product testing to troubleshooting, special studies, field sample analysis, and technical reporting. As Lab Chemist, you'll be a key technical pillar of this team.
What You'll Do
✅ Drive daily QC testing and field laboratory support
✅ Provide technical backup and ensure seamless coverage during peak periods
✅ Lead drilling fluid formulation and product evaluation programs
✅ Troubleshoot and interpret complex laboratory test results
✅ Review technical data and reports with a critical eye
✅ Mentor and guide junior laboratory personnel
✅ Contribute to special studies and technical evaluations that shape field performance
