Description

Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing F&B supplies.
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory counts.
Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures and monitor expiry dates.
Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, hygiene, and temperature control.
Coordinate stock requirements and deliveries with Procurement, Kitchen, and Operations teams.
Monitor wastage, damages, shortages, and stock discrepancies.
Supervise warehouse helpers and ensure proper work procedures.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.

Requirements:

3–5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
Good knowledge of inventory and stock control.
Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and food safety practices.
Basic computer and Excel skills.
Good communication, organizational, and team-management skills.
