Job Vacancy: Head Chef – International Cuisine
A leading central kitchen in Sharq is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef specializing in international cuisine to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the central kitchen fully, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
Create and develop diverse and innovative recipes and menus from various global cuisines.
Supervise and lead the kitchen crew, assign tasks, and train chefs and kitchen assistants.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and taste, ensuring full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory, calculate food costs, and work effectively to minimize waste.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in central kitchens, luxury hotels, or high-end restaurants.
Skills: High proficiency in international menu planning and proven leadership and kitchen management abilities.
Residency (Iqama): Must be transferable (e.g., Article 18).
Nationality: Open to all nationalities (Filipino nationality is preferred).

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Starts from KWD 500 to KWD 600 (Final salary will be determined during the interview based on experience and competence).
Employment Type: Full-time.
Location: Kuwait City – Sharq.
