📢 WE ARE HIRING – MARKETING & EVENTS IN-CHARGE

📍 Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and corporate events.
Coordinate event logistics, including venues, suppliers, budgets, invitations, branding, and equipment.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Manage social media content, advertising materials, and promotional communications.
Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, vendors, and business partners.
Prepare event proposals, marketing plans, budgets, and post-event reports.
Monitor campaign and event performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure consistent use of company branding across all marketing materials and events.
Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Maintain records of marketing expenses, event activities, and campaign results.
Support sales teams with promotional materials and marketing initiatives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, event management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in coordinating exhibitions, corporate events, and promotional campaigns.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of graphic design or marketing tools is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Valid Kuwait residency and transferable visa, if applicable.
