About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Laser Cutting Machine Operator who can operate CO2 laser machines (acrylic & wood) and fiber laser machines (metal). The candidate should be able to prepare files, set the correct power and speed, and deliver clean, accurate cutting and engraving.

Key Responsibilities

Acrylic & Wood (CO2 Laser):

Cut and engrave acrylic, MDF, plywood, and wood sheets
Make products like signboards, letters, name plates, trophies, gifts, stands, boxes, and décor items
Set power, speed, and frequency correctly to get clean edges without burning or melting
Do raster and vector engraving with sharp detail

Metal (Fiber Laser):

Cut and engrave stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and other metal sheets
Make metal letters, signage, plates, and fabrication parts
Select the right assist gas (oxygen / nitrogen / air) and focus settings
Ensure clean cuts with minimum dross and burrs

General:

Prepare and edit cutting files in CorelDRAW / AutoCAD
Operate laser software such as RDWorks, LightBurn, CypCut, or similar
Arrange designs (nesting) to reduce material wastage
Do daily maintenance: lens and mirror cleaning, beam alignment, chiller and exhaust check
Follow all safety rules for laser and fire protection
Complete orders on time with consistent quality
Requirements
Minimum [2–3] years experience as a laser cutting machine operator
Practical experience on CO2 laser (acrylic/wood) and/or fiber laser (metal)
Good knowledge of CorelDRAW and laser control software
Understanding of material thickness, power, speed, and focus settings
Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills
Careful, safety-minded, and able to handle bulk and custom orders
