Description

We are looking for an experienced Developer with strong hands-on experience in SQL and SQL Server to manage database-related activities and provide technical support for business applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and database components.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including database and data-related problems.
Analyze application errors, identify root causes, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
Excellent knowledge of SQL queries, joins, subqueries, views, stored procedures, functions, and database optimization.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Added Advantage
Knowledge or experience in Payroll systems and processes.
Experience with HRMS applications.
Understanding of payroll components such as salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, leave, attendance, and payroll processing.
