Description

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor – Hospitality Services to supervise and coordinate hospitality, housekeeping, janitorial, meeting room, VIP guest, and event services within an Oil & Gas environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise hospitality, housekeeping and janitorial operations.
Manage meeting room arrangements and VIP setups to hotel-style service standards.
Coordinate corporate meetings, workshops, events, catering and official visits.
Supervise cleaning staff, duty rosters, attendance and daily task allocation.
Monitor cleaning materials, refreshments, toiletries and hospitality supplies.
Ensure compliance with HSE, hygiene, PPE and food safety requirements.
Coordinate with cleaning, catering and other service vendors.
Conduct inspections, maintain checklists and prepare operational reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, housekeeping, facilities services, janitorial operations or event coordination.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Facilities Management or related field.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of banquet/event coordination, VIP service, housekeeping standards and HSE requirements.
Good knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
Currently residing in Kuwait.

Location : Al ahmadi , Kuwait

Qualification : Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Hotel Management Facilities Management or related field.
