* Assistant Chef-Cold Kitchen (canapes, cheese platters)
* CDP-Croissants (under 45 yrs, Abu Halifa)
* Pastry Chef (under 45 yrs, Abu Halifa)
* Chocolatier
* Head Chef-Pastry Bakery
* Executive Pastry Bakery Chef
* CDP-Pastry (Japanese)
