One of the famous restauarnt & Catering Companybis looking for Quality Controller on urgent basis.

Job Summary:
The Food Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that all food products meet established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance required for distribution and consumption. This role involves inspecting production processes, conducting tests, and implementing quality control programs to guarantee that products are produced according to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
* Perform sensory evaluations and laboratory tests to ensure products meet quality specifications.
* Identify areas for quality control improvement and develop new procedures.
Process Monitoring:
* Identify and report any deviations from standard processes and suggest corrective actions.
* Train production staff on quality control procedures and standards.
* Address customer complaints related to product quality.
Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a quality control role within the food industry.
Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and other food safety and quality standards.
Benefits:
Basic Salary : 450 -550 KD
