A well known company in Kuwait is looking for a Senior Human Resource Officer , Preferred Indian nationality

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, manpower planning, and recruitment.
• Responsible to provide specialist information and guidance to employees and the management on HR policies and practices and the Kuwait Law.
• Ensure that all the company policies are up to date in line with current employment law.
• Responsible to maintain the yearly budget for the Human resources, and ensuring the costs do not exceed the allotted budget.
• Responsible to advise the management on the staff promotions.
• Responsible for processing all government-related paperwork for the immigration, embassy, and work permits.
• Conduct initial interviews and reference checks on the applicants.
• Responsible for the training and induction of the new staff members.
• Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and coordinating it with the management.
• Identifying the training needs of the employees and developing the training programs to ensure the constant learning and development of the employees.
• Developing and implementing the employee welfare policies.
• Dealing with the vacation calculation, payroll, and final settlement of the employees
• Responsible to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene atmosphere of the company accommodation.

• Knowledge:

• Knowledge of the recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits procedures.
• Knowledge of the Kuwait Laws, executive orders, and government regulations.
• Ability to lead and develop the HR department.

• Skills:

• Strong Interpersonal and motivational skills / Sound knowledge of Kuwait labour law
• Effective verbal and written communication skills / Multitasking skills and collaborative.

Qualifications:

• B. S. Degree.
• Read and write English , and if knows how to read and write is an added advantage Arabic.
• 3 years experience minimum.
