Assistant Logistics Officer
Timely dispatch of materials orders to various locations as per the operations needs.
- Accurate loading of materials and dispatch operations
- Follow the check list , inspect the materials for damages & discrepancies.
- Prepare delivery ticket and check with the load on the truck
- Ensure vehicles entering to the facility have proper documents and instruct drivers.
- Report any incidents or accidents happened in the facility
- Coordinate with supply chain and other departments.
- High School passed/ bachelor's degree will be an advantage
- Related work experience 3-5 years
- Must be computer literate and email communication skills.
- Strong reading , speaking and writing skills.
- Immediate & Local candidates preferred.
- Age 40 & below

Senior Logistics Officer
- Experience in ERP
- Monitor fleets through app /GPS
- Execute monthly and quarterly logistics report.
- Execute daily and monthly reports for planning against actual delivery
- Coordination with drivers for delivery
- Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements, placing, and expediting orders.
- Ensure all the orders are dispatched on time and follow up with drivers/engineers, if necessary, to ensure the proper and timely delivery.
- Execute all orders from the sales department and handles orders received by phone or emails and ensure deliveries are done in a timely manner while ensuring safe and efficient operation of vehicles and safety of drivers
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Age 35 & below
- Immediate joiners
- Bachelor’s Degree and certification in Logistics
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English is essential

11. Storekeeper

• Experience: 3+ years’ experience in warehouse or storage operations
• Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, rotation, storage inventory, ordering & issuing of materials. Involve in performing inventory cycle, maintain stock level, periodic physical counts. Storing items in an orderly manner. Examine and inspect stock items for any defects report any damage
• Qualifications: High School/ Diploma in warehousing & supply chain will be preferred
• Must have considerable experience in inventory management, storage distribution . Good communication skills in English (Basic Read, Write, good speaking) & Arabic (speaking)
• Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations and stressful work environment.
