Job Description: Operations Manager Assistant (Chocolate and Pastries Central Kitchen)

**About Us**

Our Company is a leading provider of high-quality chocolate and pastries, operating a central kitchen to supply our various outlets. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team.

**Job Responsibilities**

* **Operations Management:**
* Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations of the central kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient production.
* Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet demand.
* Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials and supplies.
* **Quality Control:**
* Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control standards to ensure products meet company specifications.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
* Monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement.
* **Team Management:**
* Assist in recruiting, training, and managing kitchen staff.
* Motivate and supervise team members to achieve production goals.
* Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly.
* **Administrative Tasks:**
* Prepare and maintain relevant documentation, including production reports, quality control records, and inventory logs.
* Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
* Minimum [4-5] years of experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Experience in quality control and food safety standards is a plus.
