Job Title: Contractor Quality Control Manager (CQCM)
Location: Kuwait
Reports to: Project Manager

We are hiring a Contractor Quality Control Manager (CQCM) with over 5 years of experience in construction quality control. Candidates must have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with certifications in Construction Quality Control Management (or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire). Must have strong leadership, communication, and technical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with USACE RMS CM.

Responsibilities:

Implement and manage project-specific quality control processes.
Inspect work areas to ensure compliance with contract documents.
Lead quality control meetings and provide daily reports.
Manage inspection phases and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

Transferable Visa 18
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
5+ years of experience
Quality control certifications
