Our is a leading provider of high-quality food products, operating a state-of-the-art central kitchen to supply our various outlets. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our central kitchen and ensure efficient production.

**Job Responsibilities**

* **Overall Operations:**
* Plan, organise, and supervise all aspects of the central kitchen's operations, including production, quality control, and logistics.
* Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards.
* Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

* **Team Management:**
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and production workers.
* Motivate and develop team members to achieve production goals.
* Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly.

* **Production Planning:**
* Develop and implement production schedules based on demand forecasts and order volumes.
* Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* Monitor inventory levels and manage stock of raw materials and supplies.

* **Quality Control:**
* Establish and maintain quality control standards for all products.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
* Identify and address quality issues promptly.

* **Cost Management:**
* Develop and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
* Monitor and control expenses related to labor, materials, and utilities.
* Prepare and analyze financial reports.

* **Logistics and Supply Chain:**
* Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and supplies.
* Manage transportation and distribution of finished products to outlets.

* **Compliance:**
* Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.


**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
* Minimum [5] years of experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.
* Proven track record in managing large-scale kitchen operations.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
