Position Overview
The Head Cook / Kitchen Lead will manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflows, high-quality food, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Cook and plate burgers, fries, and sides as per recipes.
Kitchen Operations: Oversee kitchen flow, maintain cleanliness, and manage equipment.
Stock Control: Monitor stock, reduce waste, and ensure FIFO practices.
Team Leadership: Train and mentor staff, promote teamwork, and implement new ideas.
Requirements
Experience: 7+ years in fast-casual kitchens, focusing on burgers and fries.
Skills: Strong leadership, multitasking, and food safety knowledge.
Personal Traits: Passionate, detail-oriented, and flexible with working hours.
Working Hours & Compensation
Shifts: Long (12 hours), including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary : Competitive, based on experience, with paid overtime.
