Our house of international brands includes FERDI, Philippe Chow, Beef Bar, Novikov and local brands Fatayer Al Tayer, Beit Dickson, Bo Masoud, Bon sweets, Burger Inn, and Namlet.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Steward Kitchen to lead our premium dining team in the kitchen and manage the daily operations of our premium dining venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the premium dining venues, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that high standards for quality and cleanliness are consistently met.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of stewards, ensuring that they understand their roles and responsibilities, and are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the dining venues, ensuring that all staff is trained and adhere to these procedures.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure that all dishes are served in a timely and efficient manner and that the kitchen and dining areas are always clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain an inventory of all dining room supplies and ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a five-star hotel or similar luxury hospitality environment, with a minimum of three years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of stewards.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner

Requirement:
1. Graduate with 3-4 years of experience as Chief Steward in five star hotel or similar luxury hospitality environment, who can join immediately.
2. 18 transferable visa
