1️⃣ Warehouse Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with teams for efficient order fulfillment and stock management.
Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean workspace.
Manage and lead the warehouse staff.
Experience in warehouse supervision or logistics.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Familiarity with inventory software and processes.

2️⃣ Data Entry
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and manage data into company databases.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Generate reports and ensure data is up-to-date.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and database software.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.

3️⃣ Purchasing Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure materials, goods, and services.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams.
Maintain purchasing records and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Experience in procurement or purchasing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus.
