About Us:

Seeking an experienced Operations Officer to join our food delivery company team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate food deliveries to ensure timely arrival
- Supervise and direct drivers to achieve efficient delivery operations
- Develop and implement route optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Analyze delivery data to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in delivery companies related to food
- Proven experience in managing deliveries and coordinating drivers
- In-depth knowledge of Kuwait's roads and traffic laws
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic and customer service skills
- Visa Type 18 Ahli
- Immediate joining required
- Asians/Filipino preferred
