Multi-branch restaurant company in Kuwait is hiring an IT & Branch Systems Support Officer.

Requirements:

* Mandatory hands-on experience with Ubiquiti / UniFi infrastructure
* Experience with UniFi Dream Machine, APs, switches, cameras, UniFi OS / Controller
* Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, PoE, printers, CCTV, IP phones, and basic networking
* Experience with POS systems, aggregator devices, Epson/KOT printers, Zebra label printers, barcode scanners, and restaurant IT peripherals
* Able to troubleshoot remotely and visit branches when required
* Must be available 24/7 on call for operations-critical issues
* Must be persistent, practical, and able to follow up until issues are resolved
