Job Description: Estimation Engineer - Lighting
An Estimation Engineer - Lighting is responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for lighting projects. This role combines technical knowledge of lighting systems with cost analysis skills to provide clients and project teams with a comprehensive understanding of project costs. The Estimation Engineer works closely with sales, project management, and engineering teams to ensure that proposals are competitive, accurate, and meet the client's specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation & Budgeting
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Additional certifications related to cost estimation, such as Certified Estimator or Project Management Professional (PMP), are a plus.
Experience:

3+ years of experience in cost estimation, ideally within the lighting, construction, or electrical industries.
Experience working with lighting systems (e.g., LED, fluorescent, incandescent, smart lighting, etc.) and knowledge of lighting standards and technologies.
Familiarity with estimation tools and software, such as Bluebeam, Estimator 360, Accubid, or similar platforms.

Job Description: Sales Engineer - Lighting
A Sales Engineer in the Lighting sector is responsible for combining technical expertise with sales acumen to drive the sales process for lighting solutions, from concept to installation. They work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored lighting solutions, and ensure product integration while managing the sales cycle. They also liaise with the engineering and product development teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and the product works seamlessly within the given environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
At least 2-5 years of experience in sales engineering, ideally in the lighting industry or a closely related sector (e.g., electrical components, building systems).
Proven experience in technical sales, project management, and customer relationship management.
Familiarity with lighting design software (e.g., DIALux, Relux, AGI32) is an advantage.
Knowledge of energy-efficient lighting solutions, smart lighting systems, and sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, WELL).
