- خبرة في نفس المجال او اي مجال مقاولات مقارب لا
تقل عن 5 سنوات بدولة الكويت
لديه قاعدة عملاء جيدة
- لديه القدرة على ادارة العمليات في المواقع
القدرة على التعامل مع المهندسين و المقاولين
- يمتلك مهارات الاتصال والتحاور مع الاخرين
- القدرة على بناء علاقات مع العملا
- قابليه للعمل بروح الفريق الواحد
- لديه رخصه قيادة
- اقامه قابله للتحويل
- راتب جيد و عمولة جيدة حسب سنوات الخبره
